Our fine capital is home to seven Premier League football clubs right now.
The traditional football fan would say that corporate hospitality at football matches was a dreadful experience. Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane once labelled the corporate fans as “the prawn sandwich brigade”. Despite this, there’s still a huge appeal for hospitality experiences at London’s Premier League football grounds.
Several of London’s top clubs are vying for a top four finish in the 2024/25 Premier League season. Chelsea appears to have got their act together after the 2023/24 season filled with inconsistency, while Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are hanging onto the coat tails of league leaders, Liverpool.
However, the Reds sit eight points clear at the summit after 12 games, which explains why Arne Slot’s side are priced as short as 8/11 odds-on with William Hill to lift the title for the first time since 2019/20. It’s a price worth taking note of, given that it comes from one of the UK’s most respected bookmakers.
Those experiencing the brand for the first time can access free bets from William Hill on Oddschecker after making qualifying deposits and wagers with new accounts.
With the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea looking to be in the shake-up at the end of the Premier League season, let’s check out their hospitality packages, which can offer a fun day out for corporates and neutrals alike.
1. Emirates Stadium – Five-Star Dining Experiences
If you’re looking for first-class hospitality, Arsenal’s Diamond Club is one of the best of any corporate packages at a sports stadium. The Emirates Stadium’s Diamond Club is their most exclusive area of the ground. It features panoramic views of the pitch, as well as featuring an open-plan restaurant, private booths and a laid-back lounge offering a great environment pre and post-match.
Unfortunately, it’s an invite-only club with an annual membership costing upwards of £25,000. It’s no surprise that world-renowned chef Raymond Blanc serves up some of his fine dining here.
Hiring an executive box for an Arsenal men’s game also comes with a hefty price tag of between £4,000 and £9,000 per box. They come with champagne on arrival, free replica Arsenal jerseys and meet and greets with Arsenal legends. The boxes seat between 10 to 15 people, so you’re looking at £400-£900 per person depending on the numbers. Cheaper hospitality packages can be had at the Emirates Stadium for Arsenal’s women’s team.
2. Stamford Bridge – VIP hospitality with West London Pizzazz
As you might expect from a club in the heart of London’s expensive west London, Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge offers first-rate hospitality. Packages for corporate hospitality at their Stamford Bridge stadium begin at £430 per person including VAT.
For £430 per person, you can expect a three-course meal, unreserved pre-match seating in the hospitality lounge, complimentary beverages pre-game and for one-hour post-match, as well as seats in the West Lower or East Upper Tier.
For the ultimate Chelsea hospitality experience, you’ll need to fork out £3,500 per person to enter The Dugout Club. Get pitch side access pre-game, meet the team as they arrive, and get padded seats adjacent to the tunnel and Chelsea dugout.
The Diamond Suite is another hit with corporates. Priced at £2,000 per person, you’re treated to a four-course pre-game meal, champagne and armchair seating in the West Stand.
3. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – magnificent North London Hospitality
Spurs’ new stadium, built a stone’s throw from their former White Hart Lane home, is a sight to behold. It’s one of the finest football stadiums in the world and its corporate hospitality packages pack a punch too.
For £249 per person, it’s possible to get “premium seats” on the East touchline, including access to exclusive bars and lounges before and after the match. The Loge Suite offers the most exclusive hospitality package, priced at around £600 per person, offering private four-to-eight-person dining suites, as well as plush padded seats in the East stand.
It’s clear to see that London’s elite-level football clubs treat corporate hospitality as big business. Although television broadcast money accounts for a large sum of their annual revenues, by getting creative with hospitality packages and sports events, even the biggest clubs can improve their bottom lines.
